1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and MaxWinPH ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the MaxWinPH website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game offered on MaxWinPH, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the MaxWinPH platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Services in any capacity.

MaxWinPH reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the MaxWinPH platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. MaxWinPH does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of MaxWinPH, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the MaxWinPH platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

MaxWinPH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the MaxWinPH platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. MaxWinPH shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify MaxWinPH immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. MaxWinPH will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

MaxWinPH reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

MaxWinPH accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. MaxWinPH does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your MaxWinPH account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. MaxWinPH reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (Know Your Customer / KYC process completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• MaxWinPH reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

MaxWinPH reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

MaxWinPH may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all MaxWinPH promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, arbitrage, or collusion is prohibited.
• MaxWinPH reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• MaxWinPH reserves the right to limit the games that contribute to wagering requirements for any given promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.

MaxWinPH reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the MaxWinPH platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by MaxWinPH or any third party. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available upon request.

By participating in any game on MaxWinPH, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and that past results do not influence future outcomes.
• MaxWinPH does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from participation in any game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, MaxWinPH reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.
• Game rules specific to each title are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MaxWinPH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the MaxWinPH platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior authorisation from MaxWinPH.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MaxWinPH staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the MaxWinPH platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of MaxWinPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the MaxWinPH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the MaxWinPH platform without the prior written consent of MaxWinPH.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, MaxWinPH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

MaxWinPH does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MaxWinPH makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, MaxWinPH's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

MaxWinPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may request the closure of your MaxWinPH account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Responsible Gaming

MaxWinPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across the Philippines. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

MaxWinPH provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

MaxWinPH will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable Philippine law, court order, or regulatory authority.

13 Amendments to These Terms

MaxWinPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MaxWinPH will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the MaxWinPH platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and MaxWinPH arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent MaxWinPH from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
